Release and sale of 13,985 invested shares held under the IMI plc Share Matching Plan ("SMP") which were originally invested on 7 May 2010. 

Vesting and sale of 20,138 shares granted under the SMP on 7 May 2010, representing the shares originally placed under the matching award and dividends paid on those shares since 7 May 2010 (all satisfied with shares held in an employee trust).

Exercise of an option over 50,000 shares with an exercise price per share of £6.45 granted under the IMI plc Share Option Plan ("SOP") on 22 March 2010 and the sale of those shares.
