                                 TRADING UPDATE





Further to the announcement of 20 February 2007, IDOX is pleased to announce in
its Software Division two additional contract wins at Oadby & Wigston Borough
and Herefordshire Councils, for the supply of the Company's Revenues & Benefits
document management and productivity workflow suite and two contracts; one with
Sevenoaks District Council for its Online Planning Solution and the other with
West Northamptonshire Development Corporation for provision of its UK Planning
managed service.



These contract wins bring the total number of new software contract wins this
year to seven, all of which are anticipated to be installed by the end of IDOX's
half year on the 30th April 2007.



The Information Solutions division has also concluded a significant agreement,
starting in April 2007, to complete a global electronic content migration
project for a large international professional services organisation.
