Director Shareholding, Options Exercise and Admission of Shares

The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from Richard Kellett-Clarke, Chief Executive Officer, that he exercised options over 1,538,461 ordinary shares in IDOX on 27 July 2011 at a price of 6.5 pence per share.

Following the transaction Richard Kellett-Clarke has increased his beneficial interest to 10,134,848 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 2.92% of the current issued share capital and has outstanding options over 6,649,922 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.92% of the current issued share capital.  

The Board of IDOX also received notification from Martin Brooks, Chairman, that he exercised options over 1,538,461 ordinary shares in IDOX on 27 July 2011 at a price of 6.5 pence per share.

Following the transaction Martin Brooks has increased his beneficial interest to 5,473,206 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 1.58% of the current issued share capital and has outstanding options over 5,290,354 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.53%.

The share options exercised have been satisfied from 1,005,446 existing Treasury shares currently in existence and the Company has additionally sought admission of 2,071,476 shares to satisfy the share option exercises. The Company anticipates that these shares will be admitted to trading on the 8 August 2011, at which time the Company will have a total issued share capital including these shares of 346,229,842.
