            i-documentsystems group plc changes its name to IDOX plc


IDOX plc ('IDOX' or the 'Company'), is pleased to announce that the Company has
changed its name from i-documentsystems group plc to IDOX plc with immediate
effect.  The change of name was approved by shareholders at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company on 18 March 2004.  The Company also announces that it has
moved its London address and registered office to:
