ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited ("the Company")

Portfolio Update

The Board notes the announcement made by The Mansion Student Accommodation Fund ("Mansion") on 23^rd October 2013.

Two wholly owned subsidiaries of Mansion are borrowers of the Company in respect of an £18.07million loan secured on two student accommodation investments. The Company's loan is fully ring fenced from the wider Mansion group and is secured by way of a first ranking charge over the subject properties. 

Mansion and the borrower entities remain fully compliant with the terms of the loan made by the Company and both properties continue to perform in line with expectations. We do not believe that the announcement made by Mansion will have any impact on the performance of the loan or the Company.
