Listing Application

ITE  Group  Plc  ('ITE') has made application to the  UK  Listing
Authority  and  the London Stock Exchange for  the  admission  to
listing  of  1,645,347  ordinary shares of  1p  each.  These  new
ordinary shares are being issued in satisfaction of part  of  the
deferred consideration for the recently announced acquisition  of
E  Uluslararasi Fuar Tanitim Hyzmetleri A.S. It is expected  that
admission  will  become  effective, and that  dealings  in  these
shares will commence, on 19 July 2000.
