The Company announces that on 26 March 2018, the following ordinary 10 pence shares of the Company ("Shares") granted subject to option under the Company's Share Award Plan, have vested and were exercised and sold in full by Theresa Keating, a director of Howden Joinery Limited  and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in the Company:
