DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED BY DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY;

Release of shares from Deferred Bonus Plan 2007

The Company was notified today that the following directors increased their shareholding in the Company yesterday due to a release of shares from the Deferred Bonus Plan 2007 (the "Plan").  

Under the rules of the Plan, a third of the director's annual bonus was converted into shares and then held conditionally on behalf of the individuals by the Company's Employee Benefit Trust for a three year period before being released.  

The release of shares increases the individual shareholdings of the following directors:
