The  Company  has  been  informed that Nicholas  Cosh,  a  Non
Executive  Director of Hornby, today purchased 5,000  ordinary
shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') at 182p each.  Following
this  transaction Mr Cosh is beneficially interested in  5,000
ordinary  shares representing 0.06 per cent. of the  Company's
ordinary share capital.
