                             DIRECTORS' DEALINGS


Mr N Cosh, a non executive director of the Company, purchased today 10,000
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 140p per
Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr N Cosh has a beneficial
interest in 15,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.18 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
