Hornby plc announces that Frank Martin, Chief Executive, has today sold 51,690
ordinary shares at 205p per share. His wife, Mrs Katherine S Martin has then
purchased 51,690 shares at 205p per share.


Following these transactions, Mr Martin's interest in the Company's ordinary
shares remains unchanged at 209,451 shares.
