                               PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified of the following transaction in its Ordinary
shares by Paul Loft (a person discharging managerial responsibility).

On 28 November 2006, Mr Loft sold 111,591 shares on the London Stock Exchange at
a price of £4.04962 per share.

The notification on behalf of Mr Loft was received by the Company on 29 November
2006.

Notification of these transactions is now made in accordance with Disclosure
Rule 3.1.4R.
