The Company has today received a notification from Barclays PLC ('Barclays')
advising that Barclays no longer holds a notifiable interest in the issued
Ordinary share capital of the Company.

The notification was issued pursuant to Sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act
1985 and was dated 17 November 2006.

At the time of their last such notification (released on 17 November 2006)
Barclays held 26,369,047 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company
(representing 3.01% of the issued share capital as at that date).
