                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited
advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its Group
Companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 20
September 2007, 149,172,607 voting rights in the Company (representing 17.00% of
the voting rights of the Company, of which 1.82% is direct and 15.18% is
indirect).

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 17.00% in
respect of the total holding (the previous notification being 16.83%, of which
1.82% was direct and 15.01% was indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 21 September
2007.
