                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from The Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
advising that Goldman Sachs & Co., Goldman Sachs Asset Management International,
and Goldman Sachs Asset Management L.P. now hold, as a result of a transaction
that took place on 14 September 2007, 44,074,526 voting rights in the Company
(representing 5.02% of the voting rights in the Company, of which the whole
5.02% is indirect).

The threshold that was crossed or reached was 5.0% in respect of the total
holding.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.5 (1) and was dated 
18 September 2007.
