                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Aviva plc and its subsidiaries
('Aviva') advising that Aviva now holds, as a result of a transaction that took
place on 13 March 2007, 44,578,322 voting rights in the Company (representing
5.08% of the voting rights of the Company). The threshold that was crossed or
reached was a change from 4% to 5% at Combined Interest level.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 15 March 2007.
