                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited
advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its Group
Companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 28 August
2007, 140,550,341 voting rights in the Company (representing 16.02% of the
voting rights of the Company, of which 1.82% is direct and 14.20% is indirect).

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 16% in respect
of the total holding (the previous notification being 15.89%, of which 1.78% was
direct and 14.11% was indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 29 August 2007.
