                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited
advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its Group
Companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 23 August
2007, 139,452,345 voting rights in the Company (representing 15.89% of the
voting rights of the Company, of which 1.78% is direct and 14.11% is indirect).
The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 14% in respect
of the indirect holding (the previous notification being 15.21%, of which 1.72%
was direct and 13.49% was indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 24 August 2007.
