                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from The Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
advising that Goldman Sachs & Co., Goldman Sachs International, Goldman Sachs
Asset Management International, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management L.P. now
hold, as a result of a transaction that took place on 17 April 2008, 44,533,156
voting rights in the Company (representing 5.08% of the voting rights in the
Company, of which 0.02% is direct and 5.06% is indirect).

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 5% in respect
of both the indirect and total holding (the previous notification being that
there was no longer a notifiable interest in the voting rights in the Company).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.5 (1) and was received on 21
April 2008.
