('the Company')

DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Aviva plc and its subsidiaries ('Aviva') advising that Aviva now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 14 May 2008, 34,610,889 voting rights in the Company (representing 3.94% of the voting rights in the Company, of which the whole 3.94% is direct).  

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 4% in respect of the direct interest holding (the previous notification being 4.93% of the voting rights in the Company, of which 4.66% was direct and 0.27% indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 15 May 2008.
