                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited
advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its Group
Companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 13 August
2007, 123,614,533 voting rights in the Company (representing 14.09% of the
voting rights of the Company, of which 1.62% is direct and 12.46 % is indirect).
The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 14% in respect
of the total holding (the previous notification being 13.91%, of which 1.62% was
direct and 12.28% was indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 13 August 2007.
