                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Legal & General Group Plc ('L&G')
advising that L&G now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 8
August 2007, 53,650,773 voting rights in the Company (representing 6.11% of the
voting rights of the Company). The threshold that was crossed or reached was a
change in the total voting rights from 5% to 6%.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 13 August 2007.
