                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Legal & General Group Plc ('L&G')
advising that L&G now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 12
July 2007, 51,943,233 voting rights in the Company (representing 5.91% of the
voting rights of the Company). The threshold that was crossed or reached was
total voting rights falling below 6.0%.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 13 July 2007.
