                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Citibank N.A. London Branch
advising that Standard Life Investments Limited now holds, as a result of a
transaction that took place on 23 March 2007, 45,188,304 voting rights in the
Company (representing 5.15% of the voting rights of the Company). The threshold
that was crossed or reached was direct voting rights exceeding 3.0% and total
voting rights exceeding 5.0%.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 27 March 2007.
