                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified of the following transaction in its Ordinary
shares by Oliver Stocken (a director of the Company).

On 23 November 2006, Mr Stocken purchased 15,000 Ordinary shares of 10 pence
each in the Company at a price of £4.245 per share.

Notification of this transaction was received by the Company on 23 November
2006, and is now made in accordance with section 329 of the Companies Act 1985.
