PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS 

The Company has received notification that Paul Loft, a person discharging managerial responsibility, has sold 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange on 16 November 2012, at a price of 106.7788 pence per share.

Notification of this transaction was received by the Company on 19 November 2012 and is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
