Holders Technology PLC announces that it was today informed that Eaglet
Investment Trust plc purchased 170,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 2
March 2001.  Eaglet Investment Trust plc is now interested in 1,127,040
shares, representing approximately 27.9 per cent. of the issued share capital.
