On 28 March 2008 the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
exercised his option to purchase the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each
set out in the table below in the capital of the Company. These options were
granted on the date shown below pursuant to the Company's 2004 Stock Option
Plan:

On 28 March 2008, the Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility disposed of 
the following number of shares acquired pursuant to the exercise of the options
