BOARD CHANGE

Superframe Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr A Howard
Drummon, Corporate Finance Partner of Keith, Bayley, Rogers & Co.,
Stockbrokers and Financial Advisers to the Company, as a non-executive
director of the Company with effect from 19 July 2000.

The following notification is provided in accordance with Listing Rule 16.4:

(a)  Mr Drummon is also a non-executive director of both Maisha Plc and
Dunham-Bush (Europe) plc, having joined the Boards of those companies on 29
January 1999 and 26 April 2000, respectively; and

(b)  Mr Drummon has:

no unspent convictions in relation to indictable offences;

never been declared bankrupt or entered into any individual voluntary
arrangement;

not been a director of any company at the time of or during the 12 months
immediately preceding its receivership, compulsory liquidation, creditors
voluntary liquidation, administration, company voluntary arrangement  or any
composition or arrangement with its creditors generally or any class of its
creditors;

not been a partner of any partnership at the time of or during the 12 months
immediately preceding its compulsory liquidation, administration or
partnership voluntary arrangement;

not had any of his assets placed in receivership nor has he been a partner in
any partnership at the time of or during the 12 months immediately preceding
the placing into receivership of any of its assets; and

never been the subject of any public criticism by any statutory or regulatory
authority (including recognised professional bodies) nor has he ever been
disqualified by a court from acting as a director of or acting in the
management or conduct of the affairs or any company.
