The Company received notification yesterday from Mr. D G Conn that Mr. M B Conn
part of D G & M B Conn and Associates purchased 1,250 ordinary shares in
Highcroft on 07 February 2007.



Following the purchase, D G & M B Conn and Associates now have an interest in
878,485 ordinary 25p shares of Highcroft Investments representing 17.00 per cent
of the Company's current total voting rights.
