                          Director Shareholdings


The Company was notified on 28 March 2006, in accordance with the provisions of
section 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985 that Chris Clark, a Director of the
Company purchased 1,950 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price
of 610 pence per share.

Following the transaction Mr Clark has a beneficial interest in 1,950 ordinary
shares in the Company being 0.04 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
