would like to notify the market of the following:

Henderson Strata Investments plc's capital consists of 8,208,293 ordinary shares
of 25p each with voting rights.  The Company has no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Henderson Strata Investments plc
is 8,208,293.

The above figure (8,208,293) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson Strata
