HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 277.00p per share on 11 December 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 10 December 2015 was 275.3p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 15 December 2015. As at 15 December 2015 the issued share capital will be 114,535,564 and the number of voting rights will be 114,535,564.
