Second Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a second interim dividend of 3.20p (three point two pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2010. The dividend will be paid on 28 May 2010 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 7 May 2010. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 5 May 2010.
