The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 88.00p on 24 April 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 23 April 2013 was 86.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 29 April 2013. As at 29 April 2013 the issued share capital will be 85,790,877 and the number of voting rights will be 85,790,877.
