1.         Exercise of Share Options



On 16 December 2005 the following director exercised subscription options over
new shares in accordance with the rules of the Helical Bar 1999 Share Option
Scheme.

2.         Sale of Shares



On 16 December 2005 the following director sold shares in the Company:
