Directors' Dealings

The board of Samuel Heath informs the market of the following transfers of ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), in the issued share capital of the Company by certain of its directors:

The above transfers all took place on 30 July 2010.

The transfers, all of which were completed for nil consideration, were undertaken to satisfy the Company's Articles of Association ("Articles"). The Articles stipulate that any Director of the Company must hold a minimum of 1,000 Ordinary Shares.
