Headlam Group plc ('Headlam')


Trevor Larman - non-executive Chairman of Headlam


As previously notified in the preliminary announcement and annual report and
accounts, after twelve years with the company, Trevor Larman resigned from the
company following the annual general meeting on 1 June 2006 when he was
succeeded as Chairman by Graham Waldron.


Trevor Larman has contributed significantly to the development of the Group over
that time and we wish him well in the future.
