Headlam Group plc - Exercise of share options


Headlam Group plc ('Headlam') announces that on 10 January 2008 Tony Brewer and
Steve Wilson each exercised share options over 8,337 shares granted on 28
October 2002 under the Headlam Group Sharesave Scheme 2002 at an option price of
£1.97 per share. These options are normally exercisable between 1 January 2008
and 30 June 2008.


Their respective shareholdings following the issue increased by 8,337 shares to
452,211 and 344, 770 representing 0.54% and 0.41% of the issued share capital.
