Notice of Interim Results for the Six Months Ended 31 December 2009

Hargreaves Lansdown plc will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2009 on Wednesday 10 February 2010.

There will be an analyst presentation on the results at 11:00 am on Wednesday 10 February 2010 at the offices of Numis Securities, 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7LT.  Those analysts wishing to attend are asked to register by e-mailing [e-mail].
