Allotment of Shares and Director's Shareholding


The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the offer
for subscription dated 13 October 2005 (the 'Offer'), a final allotment of
5,825,029 C shares of 5 pence each was made on 5 April 2006 at 100 pence per
share.


Included in this final allotment are 53,250 C shares allotted to Stewart Ford, a
non-executive director of the company.  Following this allotment, Stewart Ford
is interested in 53,250 C shares, representing 0.30% of the company's issued C
share capital and 25,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.17% of the company's
issued ordinary share capital.


Application has been made for the admission of the 5,825,029 C shares to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock
Exchange plc's market for listed securities.


The Offer has now been closed with a total of 17,928,720 C shares allotted.
