RESULT OF AGM



Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was held yesterday, we
are pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to shareholders were
passed.


A copy of the Articles of Association as adopted by Special Resolution at the
Annual General Meeting, the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of the
Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will
be available shortly for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
