The Company has been informed by a letter dated 23 January 2003 from AEGON Asset
Management UK that, following a sale of 60,000 ordinary 5p shares, the AEGON UK
plc Group of Companies are now interested in 1,391,493, ordinary shares held in
the name of Chase Nominees Limited, representing 2.96 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
