                      Notification of Preliminary Results

Specialist holiday group Holidaybreak plc. (LSE: HBR.L) today said that its
preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2004 will be announced on
Thursday 2nd December, 2004.

A presentation for financial analysts will be held at Brunswick, 16 Lincolns Inn
Field's, London, WC2A 3ED at 9.15am for 9.30am on Thursday 2nd December 2004.
