The Company have today received notification from Aberforth Partners 
("Aberforth ") that, as a result of the discretionary investment management 
powers that Aberforth can exercise over the funds of their clients, Aberforth 
has a non beneficial notifiable interest in 6,146,456 Ordinary Shares of 
5p each, representing 13.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
