On 11 September 2001 Holidaybreak plc received notification from Barclays PLC
of 54 Lombard Street, London EC3P 3AH, that as at 7 September 2001 Barclays
PLC, through its subsidiary Barclays Bank PLC, no longer has a notifiable
interest in the capital of Holidaybreak plc.
