Holidaybreak plc ('the Company')


Holidaybreak plc announces that Carl Michel has today been granted options over
1,623 Holidaybreak plc 5p ordinary shares under the terms of the Holidaybreak
plc 2001 Savings Related Share Option Scheme at an option price of £5.76.

The options are exercisable from 1 September 2011 to 1 March 2012.

Following the above grant of options Mr Michel has notified his interest in the
share capital of the Company in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2. (R) and
section 324 of the Companies Act as follows:
