                                  Board Changes


Holidaybreak plc announces that Jim Crew, aged 56, Managing Director of its
Camping Division and an executive director since March 1990, will be retiring in
2004, once a successor has been appointed and will be available thereafter to
ensure a smooth handover and transition.


Bob Ayling, Chairman, commented :
