non-executive Director of Holidaybreak with effect from 1 February 2003.



Mr Ayling was a director of British Airways plc from 31 July 1992 to 10 March
2000 and is currently a non-executive Director of Royal Sun Alliance Insurance
Group Plc.



There are no further details to be disclosed in relation to Mr Ayling's appoint
