Holidaybreak plc announces that Simon Tobin, a Director, has today exercised
options to subscribe for 20,238 ordinary shares in the company at an exercise
price of 315p.

Following the exercise, Mr Tobin has subsequently today sold 20,238 ordinary
shares at 613p per share and his interests in the share capital of the company
are as follows:
